Cancellation Policy
• Every client is required to have a card on file at the time of booking.
• Same day cancellations/no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• A deposit is required for any chemical or extension service. Deposits will be applied towards the service cost.
• Deposits will be forfeited for no shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Absolutely No Refunds will be offered for any service.
